Delivery & Return
Please allow us between 5-45 working days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order. Our products cannot be expedited for faster shipping, such as, overnight etc. All items are returnable after 30 days of your order was received.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We will honor your return, as long as the returning item(s) is in the new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with any (if applicable) original tags attached. If 30 days of your order was received have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all your online purchases with us.
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (ex: faulty product, wrong color, size)
Your order number or copy of invoice stated with the order number must be included in your return package. We cannot process refund without your order number to trace your purchase.
Returns will be processed at our discretion. Returning merchandise must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
Any items that have been returned after the returns period of 30 days will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee. Furthermore, any items that appear to have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or contain any indication of perfumes/colognes, cigarette smoke, or any kind of pet hair will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition.
Please be aware that we do not provide return mailing label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We strongly recommend that you send your returning item with a traceable carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL and obtain tracking number. Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us in case your package gets lost in transit.

Upon receiving your information and completion of our review, we may provide return mailing label or may refund without return.
